PT Metrics commissioned two studies by independent
researchers to evaluate the efficacy of the BodyRev system of
exercise and sensible eating. The results in the guarded words
of one researcher were "very impressive." The 35 women
who took part in the 12 week BodyRev program on average lost:

11 lbs
4.6 Dress Sizes
Increased resting metabolic rate by 155 calories
per day
Another study found that a BodyRev workout was equivalent
to running 5 mph on a treadmill.
