(Marin, California March 01, 2005) Can't remember your New Year's resolution? One look at the spring fashions will remind you it was to get in shape. But don't look to fad diets and a few quick crunches-former Navy SEAL Platoon Commander, Alden Mills, designed the BodyRevTM and F.A.S.T.TM program to rev up your body before the spring sun even shines.

BodyRev is a two-handed, rotating free weight system combined with Functional Aerobic Strength Training programs; which provide fluid, low-impact movements for accelerated total body conditioning. Mr. Mills created the BodyRev system after his platoon was used in a study focusing on increased injuries to the military during their fitness training. The study found that repetitive exercises using free weights placed extreme stress on joints and isolated muscles. The BodyRev system, using two hands, offers greater control during exercises and Mills' F.A.S.T. program gives an all around workout in as little as 15 minutes.
