The patent pending BodyRev enables users of all fitness levels to combine aerobic exercise and strength training into one efficient and fun workout. This handheld compact system is adjustable from 4.5 lbs to 9 lbs using three quick loading weights. The BodyRev device is only half the magic. BodyRev exercise routines combine elements of Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and other free flowing, low impact movements to give users a highly effective cardio and strength training workout.

BodyRev routines combine cardio and strength training into one workout. Great for people with limited time and for the new 15 and 30 min Express classes.
Versatility
A wide selection of workouts plus an adjustable weight range means BodyRev works for a broad cross section of individuals. Advanced classes using the full 9 lb of weight can be challenging for the best conditioned athletes. Take out the weights and its light enough for beginners, de-conditioned clients, post-partum moms, and for rehap/physical therapy.

A clinical study conducted on a group of 35 female study subjects lost on average 30% body fat, 4.5 clothing sizes, 11 lbs, and increased resting metabolic rate by 155 calories per day after a 12 week program of BodyRev exercise and a sensible meal plan of 1500 calories per day.
