(Marin, California March 01, 2005) Can't
remember your New Year's resolution? One look at the spring
fashions will remind you it was to get in shape. But don't
look to fad diets and a few quick crunches-former Navy SEAL
Platoon Commander, Alden Mills, designed the BodyRevTM and
